Booking terms

Villa Palm is a whole-house rental in Poiana Aiudului, județul Alba. The calendar on the site shows indicative availability and an estimated price. It is not an online shop and there is no payment on this site.

A request, not an automatic booking

Sending the WhatsApp message is a request. The stay is booked only after our written confirmation. Until then, the dates may be taken by another guest.

Prices

Displayed rates are indicative, in lei, and may change with season, holidays or the number of nights. The final price, deposit and remaining balance are set when we confirm.

The house

You rent the villa exclusively, for at most 20 guests, unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for the house and for the people you bring.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms are given with the confirmation. If you do not arrive and do not tell us, we may refuse a future booking.

Liability

Photographs are real, but season, light or layout may differ. We are not liable for utility cuts or events outside our control. The site is provided as is.
